1. We do not support, promote, influence, or permit any act or conduct classified as medical malpractice by the Ministry of Health and Prevention, Government of Dubai, UAE, and Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
2. We do not prevent, encourage, or influence any patient from approaching any other doctor, or system of medicine, or clinical organization for seeking necessary treatment, advice, opinion, suggestion, or recommendation for the betterment of their health and recovery of their illness.
3. The Homeopathic doctor in charge does not guarantee a complete cure or full or partial recovery of the patient’s illness. An estimation of achievable improvement of the patient’s illness by the Homeopathic doctor in charge of his homeopathic treatment is based on his clinical experience of treating other patients with similar illnesses or his medical knowledge about illnesses that he endeavors to treat.
4. All the information and the photographs taken for monitoring treatment progress falls under the sensitive and confidential information category and will not be used for any commercial or promotional or advertising or awareness program or research activity unless written consent is given by the patient or the legal caregiver in case the patient is a minor.
5. Patients and their caregivers are responsible for obtaining all the required approvals from their employer and insurance company for the eligibility of the claim reimbursement, before registering and making payment to start the Homeopathic treatment.
6. Any disputes, claims, conflicts about homeopathic treatment services, financial transactions, ethical practices, and conduct between the patient and the Homeopathic doctor in charge will be settled within the jurisdiction of Emirates of Dubai, UAE.
7. Any refund request or financial claims by the patient will be deemed relevant only if the patient has registered for the treatment by paying charges in full for the selected treatment plan and has signed the patient registration documents. All the refund requests or financial claims will be reviewed only after a detailed medical audit, which includes an evaluation of the patient’s illness, and its homeopathic treatment outcome. The patient will be required to remain physically present at the clinic for the Homeopathic doctor in charge’s detailed consultation for such medical audit. All refund approvals and financial claims will be subject to the standard deductions as mentioned below.
The refund is not approved in the event of relocation of the patient or patient’s change of mind towards the continuation of treatment or patient’s inability to comply with treatment recommendations or patients and their caregiver’s opinion over suitability and authenticity of homeopathic treatment and medicines or insurance reimbursement claim rejections or change in policy benefit where Homeopathic coverage has been withdrawn or removed or not continued in the patient’s existing insurance policy.
